The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) is an annual report of the Department of Financial Reporting and Management Services at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  The ACFR is designed to provide accountability and transparency to the people of North Carolina and beyond by reporting accurate and obtainable information within the context of the overall mission and goals of the University. Each report provides the University’s audited financial statements and features supporting information about the University and its operations.
