ezCater REWARDS!

Smart ordering is rewarded. The ezRewards program awards your department points for every order placed. The points earned can be used to discount your department’s next order.

Payment options:

Use either your department P-card or individual T&E Card to pay for orders. Follow the University’s Procedures on Using a Purchasing Card.

Simplified expense options:

Keep all your digital receipts in one place and run weekly or monthly reports.

Tax-exempt ordering:

The University’s tax-exempt certificates are loaded in ezCater. When you place an order, ezCater will automatically remove taxes in the applicable states.

Group orders made easy:

Invite people to choose their meals. Group ordering makes it easy for everyone to choose their own meals. You don’t have to worry about picking the right food — just send them the invitation link and they’ll do the rest. It’s the customization they want, and the control you’re used to.

• Start a group order on the top right of the menu page.
• Enter basic details about the order. Set parameters like price-per person and delivery time.
• ezCater will send you an invitation link for the order, and you send it to your team. This is where everyone can choose their own meal.
• TIP: not every restaurant is set up for group ordering. Search for restaurants with individually packaged items and make sure the order minimum works for your event.
