The Finance and Budget team provides effective fiscal leadership and stewardship of University financial resources while partnering with campus schools and departments to manage funds, analyze and improve business processes and make strategic financial decisions that are compliant and timely.

Finance and Budget includes 20 departments that oversee $9.4 billion in total assets and deferred outflows of resources and $5.5 billion of total liabilities and deferred inflows, with a net position at $4.0 billion as of June 30, 2022. The departments are committed to prudent stewardship of University resources through strong internal controls, strategic planning and fiscal responsibility of funds.

Lindsay Farling Named Associate Vice Chancellor for Budget and Data Analysis

Lindsay Farling has accepted the permanent role of associate vice chancellor for Budget and Data Analysis, effective immediately.

New P-Card Refresher Training Requirement

July 8, 2024

Effective July 15, 2024, P-Card refresher training will be required every two years for active P-Card accountholders.

American Airlines Update

July 3, 2024

American Airlines is currently making some changes in how their fares will be available for booking. While American works through the process to bring fares back into the legacy system, some fares may not be available through Travel Fusion.
