The Office of Finance and Budget includes 20 departments that oversee $9.4 billion in total assets and deferred outflows of resources and $5.5 billion of total liabilities and deferred inflows, with a net position at $4.0 billion as of June 30, 2022. The departments are committed to prudent stewardship of University resources through strong internal controls, strategic planning and fiscal responsibility of funds.

PaymentWorks Supplier Management System is Live

July 1, 2024

Campus users may start using PaymentWorks, the University's new supplier onboarding self-service portal, to onboard new suppliers and update existing suppliers.

Sprintax Calculus Nonresident Alien Tax Software Implementation

June 25, 2024

Sprintax Calculus will allow for more streamlined processes of document and information exchange between Payroll Services and foreign national employees.

TSERS Rate Change Effective July 1

June 25, 2024

The new rates will be implemented beginning with Biweekly 26 and Monthly 01 payrolls.
