The Upgraded TIM is Online!

The upgraded TIM will be live on Monday, Nov. 21! Please review the November TIM Deadlines and reminder of TIM changes that will occur with the upgrade below.

As you may be aware, the United States Department of Labor (DOL) recently made a change to the regulations that govern overtime rules, also called the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).  SHRA and EHRA employees whose salary is below the new threshold will change from Exempt to Non-Exempt in TIM.

Due to unforeseen challenges encountered this weekend, the upgrade to the University’s TIM (Time Information Management) system will NOT take place as planned on Monday, Oct. 24, 2016. Further information on when the upgrade will occur will be forthcoming. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

The following information was sent to all employees late yesterday.

The upgrade to the University’s TIM (Time Information Management) system will take place on Monday, Oct. 24, 2016.  The upgraded version of TIM will provide better navigation with fewer mouse clicks and a reduction in Internet browser issues.

At this time, only 349 of 500 TIM Administrators have registered or attended a mandatory TIM upgrade TIM Administrator training class. Attendance is required.
