TIM System Upgrade is Complete

The University is updating the Time Information Management (TIM) system on Monday, April 15. In advance of this system upgrade, employees should expect impacts to the current TIM system beginning the evening of April 9.
Starting Monday, April 15, when University employees log into the Time Information Management (TIM) system, they will see a new look and landing page.

Holiday hours appear automatically in TIM for SHRA employees with 50%, 75%, 80%, and 100% FTE. Instructions for how to code SHRA part time employees as well as employees not eligible for holiday pay.
Due to the Independence Day holiday on Tuesday, July 4, the Biweekly Sign Off deadline for the pay period from 6/19 – 7/2 has been moved to 12 p.m. today, Wednesday, July 5.

Holiday hours appear automatically in TIM for SHRA employees with 50%, 75%, 80%, and 100% FTE. For SHRA part time permanent employees whose FTE percentage is not equal to 50%, 75% or 80% the TIM Administrators must enter the ‘Holiday’ pay code and the pro-rated amount of holiday hours on the day with the holiday in the timecard. Holidays do not appear in EHRA timecards.
TIM will be offline from 10:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. tonight, May 18 for routine maintenance.
The issue has been resolved, and TIM is back online. Badge Terminals swipes should appear in employee’s timecards now. We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.
