PLEASE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH ALL CONCUR USERS IN YOUR DEPARTMENT/UNIT

On Friday evening, it was discovered that most active profiles were deactivated in Concur. This issue was caught and by late yesterday afternoon, all profiles have been restored to active status.

In addition to deactivating profiles, it appears a number of required fields in Concur profiles were also wiped out. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Middle Names/Middle Initials
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • Known Traveler Number (KTN)
  • Frequent Flyer Accounts
  • Methods of Payment

We are in the process of determining the best way to repopulate this information and will share an update as soon as it is available. In the meantime, no action is needed unless you need to book travel immediately either online via Concur or through the Agents at World Travel, in which case you must repopulate and save this information on your profile.
