The sign off deadline for EHRA timecards in the previous month is moving up to 5:00 p.m. on the 15th of each month. This will better align the leave data in the redesigned paystubs with the data in TIM.

There will be a brief TIM Outage from 8:00 – 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16. Users will not be able to log into TIM or use TeleTime during the outage. Employees using Badge Terminals should continue to swipe in and out for worked hours during the outage.
The ‘Adverse Weather Cond III Closed’ pay code and hours should be entered in employees’ timecards for work missed during the University closed timeframe, 1 p.m. on Friday, February 3 to 10 a.m. on Sunday, February 5. Managers temporarily have access to this pay code in TIM.
