Procurement Services Operations presented some revisions to Policy 1252.2.  

For tomorrow’s biweekly 25 payday, employees will be able to view paystubs via employee Self-Service beginning on payday.

As we enter the final weeks of fiscal year-end close, your action is needed for the following issues: billing cycle reconciliation, previous transaction sign-offs, updating CFS and role assignments.

Per the memo sent on May 3, please remember that next week marks the beginning of a series of key dates for fiscal year end. These deadlines must be met to ensure use of your 2018-2019 budgets rather than your 2019-2020 budgets. This year’s fiscal year-end task checklist supplements the referenced memo.
