December month-end close. Airgas, Arc3 and Amazon holiday schedules, Suspense Charge Reports, Campus Deposit Deadlines.

Effective Jan. 1, 2020, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will update the Federal Form W-4 Employee Withholding Allowance Certificate. To comply with the form redesign, the University will need to update the current W-4 format in ConnectCarolina Self Service. While the new W-4 form is being updated in ConnectCarolina Self Service, neither federal W-4 nor NC-4 state tax forms will be available in Self Service as both are accessed from the same page.

Please note the following delivery and operational dates for Airgas, Arc3 and Amazon Business during the winter break.  The University will be closed from Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2019, through and including Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020. Action is required for delivery from these vendors in some cases.

We are seeing an increased number of personal reimbursements on campus vouchers for restaurant, catering, and supplies purchases. Prior to ordering, inform the merchant that you are making a university purchase and will need to have the sales tax removed.
