Please note the following delivery and operational dates for Airgas, Arc3 and Amazon Business during the winter break. The University will be closed from Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2019, through and including Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020. Action is required for delivery from these vendors in some cases.
Airgas
Airgas will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 24-25, 2019. Dry ice will be delivered Monday, Dec. 23.
Airgas will be closed Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020. Dry ice will be delivered Thursday, January 2, 2020.
There will be no dry ice delivery between Dec. 23, 2019, and Jan. 2, 2020.
Cylinders will be delivered as usual on all days except Dec. 24-25 and Jan. 1.
Arc3
Arc3 will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 24-25, 2019, and Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020.
Arc3 will deliver cylinders on Thursday and Friday, Dec. 26-27, and on Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 30-31, but please make sure to add your phone number and building name and room number in the header comment section and check “send to vendor.”
For both Airgas and Arc3
If the vendors are open for business, per the schedule above, and the University is closed, they will work with you to ensure they have access to the campus building and room for the delivery if one is requested. For orders that will require special building and room access while the University is closed, it is critical that you include contact information about how you can be reached in the comment section of your order and check “send to vendor.” They will call you to coordinate entry to buildings/rooms so they can make the delivery. Amazon Business
Please plan ahead, and do not place any orders that will be delivered during winter break when the University is closed. If you do not want your order to be delivered during that time, please plan accordingly.
