The November GSHIP premium file has been uploaded into Connect Carolina and departments now have access to the GradStar GSHIP Administrator Premium Maintenance page to update allocations to Research Assistants/Teaching Assistants (RA/TAs). 

I am writing to inform you of a change on how paper W-2s will be distributed this coming January. All employees who are issued a 2020 paper W-2 will receive their document via U.S. Postal Service. The deadline to make address changes in the ConnectCarolina system is Sunday, Jan. 10, 2021.

On Saturday, Oct. 31, an update will be made to the Time Information Management (TIM) system to remove Adobe Flash Player. Although you will no longer have to “run Flash” to utilize TIM, the actions that you do in TIM today and the way you access TIM will remain the same.
