The July 2021 GSHIP premium file has been uploaded. The total cost allocation must equal the monthly premium amount of $344.80. The last day to make changes in the system will be Monday, July 26, 2021.

The following two new GL accounts have been established in ConnectCarolina to align accounts within the appropriate range and to improve accuracy of financial reporting.

Biweekly 01 sign off is due at the normal time, 5:00 p.m. today, July 6, 2021. Monthly timecard sign off for June is due at the normal time, 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 15, 2021.

As you may be aware, there is an ongoing shortage of rental cars across the United States.  University travelers are encouraged to book their rental cars needs as far in advance as possible for better availability.  However, travelers may find that rental car prices have increased significantly due to the difference between supply and demand.  Reservations may still be made via EHI Direct or by contacting the University’s authorized travel agency, World Travel Inc.
