A new feature will be added to Concur beginning tomorrow, December 7.  When an expense report containing a reimbursement has been processed for payment in ConnectCarolina, a Payment Confirmation email will be generated from Concur. You can adjust your Concur settings to receive these emails.

Jen Clark will be our new Director of Accounts Payable and Vendor Services, effective Monday, December 20, 2021. 

Starting today, new features have been added to GradStar for non-monetary/pre-paid awards and Cost of Attendance increase requests. 

Students who are graduating, withdrawing, or no longer working after the winter semester need to be terminated in ConnectCarolina before Dec. 17, 2021. New RA/TA hires need to submit their paperwork by Dec. 15, 2021. Make sure new hires with a Jan. 1 effective date have their ePar completed.

Sheri Olson has moved into a newly created position for the University, as the Director of Financial Data Analytics and Reporting, effective Monday, Nov. 15, 2021.
