Recently, the state of North Carolina updated its small purchase and bidding thresholds in administrative code 01 NCAC 05B, which resulted in a significant rise in these thresholds. To align our policies, we have updated the 1200 policy and procedure series -- which cover the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s purchase of goods and services.

The Transformation Award of Excellence is presented annually to a North Carolina state agency client that most significantly demonstrates innovation, growth, and/or creativity in their payment solutions.

Due to system issues, we are extending the deadline for campus journal entries until Monday, June 27 at 5 p.m. The warehouse data has been updated through June 22. Given the other year end processing, we plan to have financial data fully updated by Sunday, June 26.

Active, permanent employees received eight (8) hours (pro-rated for part time employees) in the new ‘Personal Observance Leave’ accrual in TIM as of June 6, 2022.
