Important Dates & Timing for the CD-19 Booster Incentive in TIM:

  • Active, permanent employees received eight (8) hours (pro-rated for part time employees) in the new ‘CD-19 Booster Incentive’ accrual in TIM as of June 6, 2022.
  • A completed Attestation form must be submitted in advance of the requested time off date in order for the ‘CD-19 Booster Incentive’ pay code and hours to be entered by the TIM Administrator in an employee’s timecard.
  • In order to use CD-19 Booster Incentive hours, an employee must receive their first COVID-19 booster and upload the documentation to the Vaccination Certification site by Aug. 31, 2022.
  • CD-19 Booster Incentive hours will expire on March 31, 2023.
