The issue has been resolved, and TIM is back online.  Badge Terminals swipes should appear in employee’s timecards now.  We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.

TIM is offline due to certificate issue this morning.  The technical group is currently working on a resolution to the issue.  Another communication will be sent out as soon as the issue is resolved.

The month of March 2023 is closed; April Month-End Close Deadline is Friday, April 28. FY2023 Year-End Close and Procedures announced; Prepaid Card Program will be retired June 30; Updated Process for P-Card and T&E Card announced; Adobe Creative Cloud cost increases $5 from previous year; Excel classes.

As communicated in the March 13 Finance memo, the closure of the Bank of America (BoA) prepaid card program is forthcoming on June 30, 2023. This announcement provides reminders for the BoA closure including important deadlines, existing and future methods to procure gift cards for study subjects, and updates on current efforts to replace the BoA prepaid card program.

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information regarding fiscal year-end procedures and critical campus-wide and statewide due dates for a successful fiscal year end closing on June 30, 2022.
