Please note that Airgas and ARC3 Gases will both be closed on Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27. Airgas will only be delivering dry ice on Monday, November 23 the week of Thanksgiving. They will return to their regular schedules the following week.

Due to COVID-19, one of Airgas’s plants has reduced production, forcing Airgas to obtain substitute product from another available source. Because of this, a temporary surcharge of $.05 per pound above the contracted price for their products will apply throughout Fall 2020.
Please note that Airgas and ARC3 Gases will be closed Friday, July 3, in observance of July 4th holiday. They will resume the regular service on Monday, July 6.
Effective July 1, 2020, Airgas will apply an increase to the price of dry ice for four line items.

The University is closed Monday, Jan. 20 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Note the following delivery options and hours of operation for dry ice and gas cylinder delivery during the University holiday.
Please note the following delivery and operational dates for Airgas, Arc3 and Amazon Business during the winter break. The University will be closed from Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2019, through and including Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020. Action is required for delivery from these vendors in some cases.
Airgas and ARC3 Gases will be closed for Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29. No dry ice or cylinders will be delivered during these days. Airgas dry ice deliveries will take place on Monday, December 2.
Due to a service disruption at an Airgas facility, a surcharge of $0.065/lb. will be added to all dry ice orders effective immediately.
Please note that we did not receive the June cylinder rental charges in time for July billing. Both June and July’s billings will be available in August.
