In an effort to standardize the response to incidents of unauthorized commitments, Purchasing Services has developed the Disposition of Unauthorized Commitment Form 1227.1.1f which is now attached to Policy 1227 on Unauthorized Purchases.

The University has launched the use of Travel Fusion, which provides a direct connection between American Airlines and the options presented in Concur.

We have determined that the impacts to user profiles were the result of an internal IT upgrade and not an issue caused by Concur. Some profile information has been repopulated, and we will be sending import templates to departments to gather additional information.

We are aware of an issue currently impacting Concur profiles and will share an update as soon as possible.

The upgrade to the University’s Time Information Management (TIM) system is complete. Employees should ensure their time and leave reporting is correct before the close of the current pay period.

Effective Tuesday, April 9, World Travel, Inc. has shifted UNC-Chapel Hill to a Dedicated Team of Agents. These agents will be solely responsible for supporting bookings for UNC-Chapel Hill.

Beginning April 10, users will see a refreshed look and feel to the Concur system, including new theme options and improved design consistency.

The University is updating the Time Information Management (TIM) system on Monday, April 15. In advance of this system upgrade, employees should expect impacts to the current TIM system beginning the evening of April 9.

Employees will need to substantiate business expenses within 60 days or amounts may be taxable. Taxable amounts will be viewable on paystubs beginning with May 2024 payrolls.
