April Month-End Close; Updated office hours for Accounts Payable, P-Card and Travel; Deactivation of chartfield accounts not in use; activation of chartfields for COVID-19; source create enhancements;defaults for purchase requests.

In light of recently updated Pandemic and Communicable Disease Emergency policy, the following new payroll accounts have been established keep track of CDME premium payments relating to COVID-19.

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, effective Monday April 20, the Accounts Payable, Travel Services, and P-Card office hours will be reduced to 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. The shortened schedule affects emergency check processing, also. 

The following ConnectCarolina GL accounts have been deactivated based on lack of use in recent years from the perspective of scholarship and fellowship reporting:

The April 2020 GSHIP premium file has been uploaded into Connect Carolina and departments now have access to the GradStar GSHIP Administrator Premium Maintenance page to update allocations to Research Assistants/Teaching Assistants (RA/TAs).
