In the effort to provide better guidance to campus journal users, Central Offices have updated the Campus Journal Chartfield Matrix along with the QRC (Quick Reference Card) titled Using the Campus Journal Entry Chartfield Matrix.

May Month-End Close date; April files closed; Year-End Deadlines, PAAT Distributions, GSHIP May Termination and Deactivation of Chartfield Accounts.
