Historically, when justifying a sole source or requesting brand-specific purchases, form 708.1.3f Customer Request for a Brand/Vendor-Specific Waiver of Competition needed to be signed by the customer, a purchasing agent and a team lead. 

Each year a financial audit of the University is conducted by the NC Office of the State Auditor. The state auditors will be on site beginning August 25 for their work as part of the financial audit of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017.

Due to the software bug, the retroactive portion covering the period of July 1 to July 23, 2017, had to be manually calculated. Departments are expected to review and validate payroll retroactive increase portion for SHRA non-exempt personnel for the August 18, 2017, paycheck. The increase amount should be $57.69.
