UNC-Chapel Hill will observe a nine-day closure of the University during Winter Break 2019. During this time, Facilities Services will have limited staff resources on call.

November month-end closed; October is closed; 2020 Payroll Schedules are available; W-4 Form changes.

Effective immediately, the Carolina Inn can now accept the University P-Card as a method of payment for customers visiting Crossroads Chapel Hill, the Inn’s restaurant. As usual, customers should save their receipts for P-Card reconciliation.

Effective November 4, 2019, Brett W. Kenney, University Cash Manager in Accounting Services, began serving as the Interim Chair of the Compliant Electronic Receipt Transactions through Innovation and Financial Integrity (CERTIFI) Committee.

Effective Jan. 1, 2020, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will update the Federal Form W-4 Employee Withholding Allowance Certificate. To comply with the form redesign, the University will need to update the current W-4 format in ConnectCarolina Self Service.
