Please see the attached memo regarding hiring graduate students for 2022-23 from Suzanne Barbour and Beverly Wyrick.

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information regarding fiscal year-end procedures and critical campus wide and statewide due dates for a successful fiscal year end closing on June 30, 2022.

The 904.2.1f – Dual Employment Payment Request Form has been updated for better spacing, titles and a few vendor additions and now is live and active.

UNC Surplus Store will be reopening its doors next Monday, April 18, 2022, resuming its former hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday.  (Please note we usually close from noon-12:30 p.m. daily for lunch).

The Cash Management and Accounts Payable teams have redesigned the 730.1.1f – International Wire Transfer Form and the 730.2.1f – Domestic Wire Transfer Form for better organization and more efficient entry into the wire systems.  Please update your forms and bookmarks for future wire transfer requests.
