Just a quick reminder that there’s still time to enter the Southwest Spring Sweepstakes!  Entries will be accepted through May 31, 2023, to win up to 5,000 Rapid Rewards® bonus points. 

The April 2023 GSHIP premium file has been uploaded into ConnectCarolina. The total cost allocation must equal the monthly premium amount of $395.05. The last day to make changes in the system will be Thursday, April 20, 2023.

Effective July 1, 2023, UNC Adobe Creative Cloud individual licenses for non-instructional staff will increase to $25 per user, up from $20. This increase includes the annual renewal cost, which happens in late fall. 

In order to accommodate a ConnectCarolina system update on the weekend of April 22-23, the deadlines for the April 2023 monthly payroll (M10) are moving forward two business days.

Effective March 24, 2023, Payment Card Services will be updating the process to apply for P-Cards and T&E Cards as well as to request Works user access for P-Card Proxies and Groups Approvers.
