Coming soon - improved new purchasing card program and the details

Beginning Monday, August 13, 2018, all reports in InfoPorte will take their actuals (that is, expenses and revenue) from the General Ledger (GL) Actuals ledger.

The sign off deadlines that include the last day of the previous Fiscal Year, June 30, 2018, have not changed.

Starting with the July 6, 2018 paychecks, a 1.2% fee will be assessed each pay period on the earnings funding sources of all leave eligible SHRA and EHRA Non-Faculty employees to fund the Central Pool for Terminal Leave Payouts.

Based on legislation changes in the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, the University is making required changes to its moving expense reimbursements policy and procedure, effective July 1, 2018.
