NEW! The ConnectCarolina and InfoPorte Survey:  If you haven’t already, please take a moment to capture the annual ConnectCarolina & Infoporte 2018 Survey.  We’re eager to hear what you think is working, what isn’t, what additional information you need from either system, and what features you hope we’ll develop.  Your feedback is valuable for the ConnectCarolina team and will help us prioritize projects to address your top concerns during 2019.

NEW! Updated Basic Spending Guidelines:
In an effort to clarify fund source restrictions and to increase transparency in the use of funding sources, Finance and Operations has updated university guidelines and published them in the 2018 Basic Spending Guidelines document. For more information, see the November 7 memo.

NEW!  Payroll Schedules for 2019 Are Available:  Payroll Services have updated the new calendars and are available in pdf and pop-up form on their webpage. NEW! Opting Out of Paper W-2s for Calendar Year 2018: Since calendar year 2015, the University has offered online W-2 distribution as a convenience.  Employees can now opt-out of receiving the paper W-2 (also known as consenting to receiving a W-2 form electronically) which helps save paper and reduce costs. To find out more, read the October 16 memo.
