GSHIP adjustments need to be made to the system for the coming semester. For those who need to be removed, they must be terminated in ConnectCarolina before Dec. 18th. For those who were just hired, GSHIP paperwork must be submitted by Dec. 18. In addition, new RA/TA students must waive out of the UNC System Student Health Insurance by Jan. 31, 2018 so they are not charged to both plans.

Biweekly Payroll Schedules were updated to reflect the correct biweekly TIM Deadline as Tuesday, December 12 instead of Monday, December 11 as previously indicated. Pop up payroll schedules were also corrected.

Airgas will be closed for Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 23-Friday, Nov. 24. Dry ice deliveries will be Monday, Nov. 20 and Wednesday, Nov. 22. Gas cylinder deliveries will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 20-Nov. 22 during normal hours.
