Holiday hours appear automatically in TIM for SHRA employees with 50%, 75%, 80%, and 100% FTE.  For SHRA part time permanent employees whose FTE percentage is not equal to 50%, 75% or 80% the TIM Administrators must enter the 'Holiday' pay code and the pro-rated amount of holiday hours on the day with the holiday in the timecard.  Holidays do not appear in EHRA timecards. This memo details holiday hours and reminders.

UNC-Chapel Hill will observe a ten-day closure of the University during Winter Break 2021. This is a reminder that during this time, Facilities Services will have limited staff resources on call.

Please note that Airgas and ARC3 Gases will have adjusted hours for the holiday season. ARC3 Gases will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 23 and Friday, Dec. 24, as well as Friday, Dec. 31. Airgas will be closed Friday, Dec. 24 and Friday, Dec. 31 for the holidays.
