Biweekly 14 deadline has been extended to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3. Winter break holidays are included in biweekly 14 for Dec. 26, 27, 28 and 29. Holidays do not appear on EHRA timecards. Friday, Dec. 30 was an optional workday.

The Biweekly 14 sign off deadline has been extended to a later time due to the New Year’s Day holiday on Monday, Jan.2.  Biweekly 14 timecards must be signed off by 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 3. Please note that sign off removal requests must still be received by the usual deadline, 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 3. 

UNC-Chapel Hill will observe a ten-day closure of the University during Winter Break 2022. This is a reminder that during this time, Facilities Services will have limited staff resources on call.

Please note that ARC3 and Airgas will have adjusted hours for the winter holiday break. Both agencies will be closed on Friday, Dec. 23 and Monday, Dec. 26 as well as Monday, Jan. 2, 2023, for New Year’s Day.

Reminder that Biweekly Sign Off is due today at noon; deadline to submit a sign off removal request is 11 a.m.
