The Travel Card Office has received many questions regarding T&E Cards which will be expiring in June 2024. Please note that Bank of America automatically issues renewal cards the month prior to expiration and mails them in bulk to the Travel Card Office. Upon receipt of the renewal cards, we will notify accountholders that their card has arrived and is available for pickup. Since the number of expiring cards is significant (almost 2,000), we have been working with departments and business units to arrange for cards to be picked up in bulk for easier distribution.

Please note, if your current card has never been activated or used then a renewal card may not be automatically issued. If a card is no longer needed, the accountholder should complete the T&E Card Account Maintenance Form to request the account be closed.

As a reminder, card pickup is available at the Payment Card Office, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to noon. Our office is located on the 3rd Floor of the Administrative Office Building in Suite 3500.

Be aware that if you are trying to book travel which will take place after your current card expiration date, your card may be declined by the vendor. Please contact the Travel Card Office to request a renewal card be ordered.

For any additional questions or concerns about T&E Cards, please contact the Travel Card Office.
