Calendar Year End Reminders
Calendar Year End (Dec. 31) Sign-Off Deadlines:
- SPA Employees: 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2015
- EPA Employees: 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2015
Sign-off removal requests must be received by 4 p.m. that day.
For detailed Calendar Year End information including how to process negative Vacation and Sick balances and Vacation Rollover, please refer to the communication sent to TIM Administrators previously.
January EPA Termination Payouts Deadline Reminder
For EPA terminations occurring between Jan. 1-31, leave payouts must be entered in TIM by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2015.
New TIM Administrator Training
Please review the document “New TIM Administrator Class” for information about the upcoming TIM Administrator Training Class for new TIM Administrators. It will be held from 1-5 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2015. This class is mandatory for new TIM Administrators. The link to the training registration website is provided in the linked document.
