Hiring Graduate Students 2019-20

Graduate students may be hired for a semester, academic year, calendar year, or other periods as needed. Each school/division has varying effective dates in order to meet their business need. The stipend calculator tool can assist users in determining what salary to enter on the ePAR form, given the graduate student’s start/expected job end dates, to ensure the intended amount of pay.

Weeknight Parking implementation materials

A longstanding plan to charge for weeknight parking will take effect August 15. Beginning then, weeknight parking will require a permit or hourly or nightly fee from 5 p.m. on Mondays through 7:30 a.m. Fridays. Parking will remain available on the weekends without a permit or additional fee — from 5 p.m. Friday until 7:30 a.m. Monday.
