Upcoming ConnectCarolina Finance cutover dates and procedures

This memorandum is to be used in conjunction with the initial Finance cutover memo sent on July 10.  While both this and the prior memo aim to provide planning information concerning ConnectCarolina Finance cutover actions and deadlines, this memo concerns the time period Sept. 16 through Sept. 30, 2014.
