Our next ConnectCarolina Town Hall is coming up:

Wednesday, June 18
2-3:30 p.m.
Genome Sciences Building (Room G-100)

Please take a moment to encourage colleagues at your school/department/unit to attend. This event is open for everyone on campus, and is a great opportunity for those who have not been involved in the project to gain valuable information at what is likely the final Town Hall before go-live.

This will be a comprehensive review of everything campus needs to know about final preparations for go-live. Topics include the detailed cutover process, reporting demonstrations and the post-go-live support plans.

More information about the Town Hall can be found here.  There is a poster (PDF) on this page that you may want to print out and display in your school/department/unit.

Webcast

For those who can’t make it to Genome Sciences, we will also be webcasting the event. You can access the webcast here. Note, webcast participants must have Java installed. Please take a moment to check that you have Java, or have permission to install it, in advance of the June 18.

Also, if you were unable to attend all of our previous Town Halls or Webinars, they are all available to view on the Webinars page of our website.

Upcoming Joint Finance and HR/Payroll Campus Working Groups and TIPs/Trainers Meetings

We have a meeting this week (Wednesday, May 28).  We will also have a Joint Finance and HR/Payroll Campus Working Groups and TIPs/Trainers meeting on June 25 (not on your calendars yet, but will be soon).  We will also be having meetings once a month through go-live.  So, you will be fully informed through those meetings.

Of course, you are welcome to attend the Town Hall, but we ask that you encourage your colleagues to attend.

We hope to see a great crowd at this important event. Thanks in advance for your help spreading the word.
