2018 paper W-2s for active employees will be available for pick up by the school/department’s designated staff member today, Tuesday, Jan. 29, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, Jan. 30, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

More than 200 employees from Finance and the Service Center of Excellence attended a holiday and employee recognition luncheon on Jan. 17 at the William and Ida Friday Center for Excellence in Education.

This process is now electronic so authorization and cancellation forms are no longer necessary.

To facilitate appropriate recording of third party reimbursement transactions, account descriptions of the following PeopleSoft GL accounts have been changed.
