The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information concerning the year-end procedures and the dates that documentation must be received for payment in the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2019. It is important that these deadlines be met to ensure use of your 2018-2019 budgets rather than your 2019-2020 budgets.

Graduate students enrolled in the Graduate Student Health Insurance Program (GSHIP), frequently referred to as the RA/TA Health Insurance Plan, must submit an online waiver using their GSHIP insurance or they will be charged $1,313.50 each semester on their University account for the system wide Student Blue insurance plan available to all undergraduate and graduate students.
