Attention Travelers and Travel Arrangers,
We are excited to announce that effective immediately, all new airfare requests created in CABS will be booked through our new travel agency partner, World Travel, Inc.
To support this process, travelers should complete their Concur Travel profile prior to contacting World Travel, Inc. to book a trip. To complete your Concur Travel profile, please visit the Travel Services website or ConnectCarolina to access the link to the Concur Travel system.
Once you are logged in:
- Click the Profile dropdown and select Profile Settings.
- On the Profile Options page, click the Personal Information link to access your Profile.
- Ensure that fields marked [Required] are completed.
- When finished, click Save.
Both domestic and international reservations can be made through the World Travel, Inc. agents. The agents can also assist with hotel accommodations, ground transportation and train tickets as needed. In addition, World Travel, Inc., can support University group travel, study abroad and meetings and events.

As a reminder, consistent with UNC System guidance, Carolina continues to prohibit University-affiliated travel outside the state of North Carolina. Requests to travel must be preapproved in accordance with the processes defined on the Carolina Together website.
Please note that Maupin, Travelink, University Travel, and Viking are no longer able to support new university travel bookings. Thank you for your cooperation and support in this transition!
