Subject: Reminder- Payroll Sign off at 5pm Today
SPA Biweekly 21 (4/4 – 4/17) Sign Off by Payroll at 5 p.m.
The biweekly sign off deadline for TIM Administrators for Biweekly 21 (4/4 – 4/17) has not been changed.
- SPA timecards must be signed off as usual by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19.
- Sign off removal requests must be received by 4:00 p.m. that day.
However, the payroll close schedule for Payroll has been moved up for Biweekly 21.
- To ensure Biweekly 21 is processed timely, Payroll will sign off all SPA timecards that have not been signed off at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19.
- No sign off removal requests will be processed after 4:00 p.m. that day.
