University travel policies for senior administration officials (Policy 1303, Procedure 1303.1 and Form 1303.1.1f) have been changed to reflect revised guidelines. The following changes have been made:

Policy 1303, Authorization for University Travel and Procedure 1303.1, Authorization for Travel by Senior University Administrators
– Added in-state day travel exception for instances in which prior authorization is required.

Form 1303.1.1f, Senior University Administrator Travel and Reimbursement Authorization Form
– Added information to Trip Description and Source of Funds sections.
