Subject: Sign Off Reminders & New TIM Thinstall
Sign Off Reminders
- Sign off all SPA employees’ timecards, including employees with 0 hours and your own timecard, by 5:00 PM today
- SPA Sign off removal requests must be received in TIM Support by 4:00 PM today
- SPA Sign off removal requests received after 4:00 PM today will not be processed. Instead, TIM Administrators will need to enter Historical Edits in TIM made effective in the current pay period.
- SPA Employees not signed off by 5:00 PM today will be signed off by Payroll and the Primary TIM Administrator will be required to sign and return a form stating why each employee was not signed off by the deadline.
New TIM Thinstall
On Monday, June 14, 2010, two new versions of TIM Thinstall will be available for download on the UNC Shareware site, https://shareware.unc.edu/software.html#t One version will be for Windows XP, Vista and the other version will be for Windows 7.
On Sunday, July 11, 2010, the current version of TIM Thinstall, UNCTIM4.1, will be deactivated. At that time, employees will be required to use the new version of TIM Thinstall.
