We have received reports of fraudulent purchase orders being placed that appear to be connected to UNC-Chapel Hill.

February 2021 GSHIP premium file has been uploaded into Connect Carolina and departments now have access to update allocations. Monthly premium amount is $344.80 and last day for changes is Monday, February 22, 2021.

A few cases of fraud attempts have been reported using fraudulent UNC Purchase Orders and forged signatures from employees of record at the university. In addition, we've had reports of supplier phishing requests. Please use diligence in protecting University resources.

This is a reminder that Secondary Employment forms should be submitted for any full-time SHRA employee who plans to engage in secondary employment with another employer that is not the University or another State Agency. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that an employee’s secondary employment does not have an adverse effect on the employee’s primary employment with UNC-Chapel Hill and does not create a conflict of interest.
