The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has released its 2022 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2022. 

Procurement Services and Materials Management is pleased to announce a new vendor, Promega (Medical and Laboratory Supplies), is being added to the BuyCarolina Marketplace for orders up to $25,000 and will be available for purchasing this Friday, Feb. 10, 2023.

Effective Feb. 1, 2023, the following changes have been implemented regarding purchasing airfare for University travel.Employee airfare purchases must be made using the University travel program unless an exception applies; Employees are still required to purchase economy/coach/main cabin airfare for travel within North America unless they have an approved medical accommodation in place.

Effective immediately, due to the implementation of a new accounting standard GASB 96 - Subscription Based IT Arrangements (SBITAs), two new accounts were set up in PeopleSoft. To ensure proper usage of these accounts, use the default entry unless the subscription is infrastructure, then manually change the account number.
