UNC-Chapel Hill will observe an eleven-day closure of the University during Winter Break 2018. During this time, Facilities Services will have limited staff resources on call. The following areas may be of interest to your department regarding service coverage during the break:

The 2019 UNC Employee Calendars distributed during Employee Appreciation Day and to University offices between Oct. 19 and Oct. 26 have some incorrect biweekly and monthly pay dates. The UNC Print Stop regrets this error and has produced corrected calendars.

The November 2018 GSHIP premium file has been uploaded into ConnectCarolina and departments now have access to the GradStar GSHIP Administrator Premium Maintenance page to update allocations to Research Assistants/Teaching Assistants (RA/TAs).
