Effective July 15, 2024, P-Card refresher training will be required every two years for active P-Card accountholders. For additional information, please review Procedure 1252.4 on Purchasing Card Refresher Training.
P-Card accountholders will automatically be assigned to the training in Carolina Talent. Training will need to be taken within 90 days of training being assigned. The accountholder will receive an email when the training has been assigned, a reminder email 45 days before the due date and a second reminder with 10 days remaining. If training has not been completed within the 90-day time frame the card will be temporarily suspended until training has been completed. While their P-Card is suspended, accountholders will not be permitted to submit for out-of-pocket reimbursement of P-Card eligible purchases.
