It is time for University merchants to complete their annual Self-Assessment Questionnaires (SAQs) to attest to compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). SAQs are due by the end of business on Tuesday, Aug. 15. Email Glenn Morgan, University Internal Security Assessor, with support questions at glenn_morgan@unc.edu.

Additional Reminders
- Annual Town Hall Meeting: The CERTIFI Committee will provide additional information about this year’s town hall meeting after the year-end close.
- Annual PCI Training: Recently, SAQ preparers received a reminder to review and update the list of individuals who need to complete their annual PCI training. Please review and submit the updates by the due date listed in the email to certifi@unc.edu.
- TouchNet is on ServiceNow: You can submit a ServiceNow ticket for TouchNet requests. On the Merchant Services website, click on the green TouchNet support button located on the right-hand side of the screen.
- CERTIFI is on ServiceNow: If you are looking to request a new merchant account you can submit requests through Data Governance and they will route the requests to CERTIFI for the appropriate approvals. For general inquiries continue to email certifi@unc.edu.
