The University’s background check vendor, CastleBranch, is currently experiencing intermittent system outages, which may temporarily affect your ability to access the system. As a result, background check initiators may not be able to initiate background checks and candidates may not be able to complete the background check questionnaire during the outage. CastleBranch is actively working to resolve this issue.
