Subject: Payment Card Industry (PCI) Annual Town Hall Meeting

Since last year we have made significant progress with our compliance efforts, thanks to each of you.  It is important to remember that PCI compliance is a process and not an event.

During March, CERTIFI Committee and staff will be presenting a series of PCI Compliance Overview sessions for everyone involved with the processing of credit cards.

Please forward this invitation to your staff involved in the processing of payment cards. This should include managers, supervisors, accountants and staff who directly interact with cardholder data or manage processes and/or contracts that involve cardholder data. Since attendance will be mandatory, we wanted to make these dates available as soon as possible.

The following are the dates for the planned information sessions:

Wednesday, March 7

10:00am – 11:00am

Thursday, March 8

3:00pm – 4:00pm

Thursday, March 15

10:00am – 11:00am

Registration is now open at the following link: PCI Compliance Calendar.  Users can go to the calendar and click on the ‘Register Now’ button for the date/event they would like to attend. From there, users will be routed to an enrollment screen where they will complete the required fields and click “Submit Registration.”  After the user has registered, they will receive a confirmation email a few moments later.

All sessions will take place in Toy Lounge in Dey Hall. More sessions may be added to the schedule if necessary.
