Effective December 1, UNC Print Stop and Copy Center will require a full chartfield string on all online and in store departmental orders for printing, copying, business cards, and stationery. Department numbers will be accepted until that time. On December 15 the Print Stop will begin processing payment through a new system. A Print Stop employee will contact customers to obtain a full chartfield string for orders placed prior to December 1 that are not completed by December 14.
After December processing, charges will not be visible in CBM (Customer Billing Management), but will be visible in Bill Presentation after the journal is posted.
Customers needing assistance in setting up their chartfield string should contact their department’s business office or refer to the Chartfield Structure 101 document.
