A Finance Division-sponsored CPE course entitled “Elevating Team Performance” will be held on Feb. 25, 2013, from 1–5 p.m., with registration starting at 12:30 p.m. in Toy Lounge of Dey Hall. Please sign up for the event on the UNC-CH Registration site. Topics include elements of a high performance team, role of leadership, critical team processes, team member roles, responsibilities and skill development, different types of teams and how to lead and manage teams effectively. This workshop offers the opportunity to receive four (4) CPE credits. See the linked announcement for agenda details.
